Hi all , again !For our performance , we had been rehearsing as mr chua told us too , during the literature lessons , well , we are planning to meet outside school to get the performance all ready. But first , we had to make sure all of the clothing of every single actors , even the calefare, have to be prepared.
I guess i didn't mention anything on how we had actually made up our clothing, we sew and buy cloth in the nearby marker which sells it, and we met up in Vivian's house to do it , yea.
For the crops, Bao Sheng And Gerald will be handling it , hope they are able to think out of some ideas too!
I guess everything will be okay if we are going to keep this effort instead of lazing around.

Hello all , thi sis the starting of term 4 week 1 !Yeap , we will be having a performance this term , which will consists a huge persentage in our SA marks , did i mention anything about the performance ? O.o
well , it goes like these , there will be4 actors , and for our group , We would be doing Merchant Of Venice, i guess we're the only group who will be doing these movie as for the other classes in NA, all of them would be doing Romeo And Juliet.
Okay, since Vivian , Siping and Me are the wardrobe designers, we had plan some ideas on designing and making of clothing. At first , we had no t much of an idea on how to do , after much of a discussion, we decided to make our own clothing .

week 7
HellO.For last week's monday and tuesday, we don't have literature lessons as it was national day .
So , i shall update about this week's lesson is all about .
Firstly ; It's mostly about The Mighty Mandrain. This passage is sort of like, ancient living , with all those emperors, slaves , farmers.
So it's about a farmer who had three sons and a daughter , and they were so poor that they have to sell of their daughter or their heads would be chopped off by the emperor. Min ( the daughter ) had to serve for the emperor. Forever , but she loves a guy name , Shang, and after a few months, shang came and rescue Min by imposing as a talented musician. Well , it's much more than these few lines above there
We were given a piece of plain paper to draw the scenery of the place , and a worksheet , to be completed within two weeks.

Weeek 5
Today we learnt a new passage , which was after some quizzes that Mr Chua had given us . He wated to make sure that we really do understand the pasage of the whole thing of elvis presley. And after that. It was the mighty mandrain. we read the passage half way as it was about a poor farmer who owns 3 sons and a daughter , they had sold every thing and had no money to pay for the taxes , thus when the emperor decided to chop off their heads and end off their life . The father immediatly told the emperor that there is yet one thing they haven't sold and that is their daughter. And the story goes on . As for the drama , we have already started designing and plan for our costumes .Yea , that's all now . ~

I guess Mr Chua came in looking very frustrated , and indeed he is , because our class did something real bad. He lectured us pretty much, and our lesson still goes on then , In this lesson , our main focus is still in Elvis , The Guy that is so famous ONCE . and of course , being poor once ,
Elvis came from a poor family, with no Caddillac He treated his mother well because when her mother said she want a chandelier, He will agree it immediately. What a great son ~
He had one twin brother too , but he had dead when Glady’s was giving birth to him . and from what I read from the text , they’re both flash blacking those memories ..

Week 3,
Hello ~ We now read much about Elvis’ life , some of the basic information is that .The text tells me that he was a best selling solo artist in history and the King of Rock and Roll.He borned in Tupelo Mississippi,USA 1935 and died on 1977 in Memphis,Tennessee USA in the aged of 42.He was died of over consume of drug he having it. Yea , And Mr chua gave us a worksheet on that , for us to complete within a week. Enough time as we only need to do it for like, twenty or thirty mins, so.

Weeeeek 2
Week 2 .In week 2 , we learnt more about Elvis Presley , of course , about him becoming famous and rich and how does he use his money in . Mr Chua gave our class to see 2 videos of him ? If I was not wrong, Elvis used to be a handsome man in his early twenties, but as he fed more on the drugs, he becoming pathetically fat , from what I had seen from the videos , the past and the present him. To me, Elvis doesn’t cherish his life ? From what I had read from the passage , Elvis doesn’t seems to appreciate any of his stuffs .
Yea , and , things that he loved , doesn’t last him long either .
So , I guess , whatever we had now , is what we should cherish now .

Hello ! Guess i haven't upload for some time yo . :)Yea , so this is some things i have learnt in the lit lessons ,
Understanding Elvis Presly, Knowing his past and present.
Well , I pretty much think that elvis presly lived a pathetic life ( No Offence ) though he had all those fame and riches and eveything that every one wished for , he hasn't really lived happily , he was happy when he was young , poor but living a simple and wonderful life . Yea , the story pretty much told us that we shouldn't be greedy , plus making the wisest choices. Okay , even though not every body or maybe we're way too young to know what is " Wise choices ", we should know how to differentiate wrongs and rights , and what is more important right ? Elvis was in concert while his mom died , at first , i thought that while money can buy you MOST of the thing , and when Mr. Chua emphasize more on it , i realised that , family is more important than any of the thing we can really have . Family is where one really finds one happiness , and well , spending time being with the one you love is very important , you have all those THINGS that are able to buy it with money , and time , it couldn't be purchased . Isn't it ? Yes, Elvis loves redhead , but from the way he talks to redhead , it's positively showed us that , he only wanted to buy things for her . Yet , he loves his mommy ( when he was young ) in a very different kind of way , he was laughing pleasently and not in some harsh manner he talks to anyone . thus , even when you become rich and famous , there will be still some negative sides that we wouldn't know , for example , people may be jealous of you and will try all sorts of way to harm you and etc , become more "Famous" ( in a wrong way ) .
Okay , and then , we have these worksheets , our teacher gave it to us , today , and we should write about how to solve a guy's problem , the problems that the guy is facing , just like elvis presly. we have to hand up in next monday .
And for the performance , we're kind of discussing much on the costumes and makeups . hopefully, we can get more of the ideas . Okay , No more now. See you . :)

Hello , It's been a long time since i have updated this blog .
It's the start of Term 3 and the end of week one ! Time flies ~
On the first lesson on literature , Mr Chua came in to our class and told us about what we will be doing for this term as well as the next term . Well , There will be a Shakespeare Performance on either Merchant of Vernice of Romeo and Juliet . We were then grouped to 4 different groups , each group of 10 people , other than group A , which have a total of 11 people . My group members consist of , Kaili , Si Ping , Indra, Yih Chyuan , Vivian , Gerald, Weiyi, Shafiqah, Bao Sheng and me :) . There are a total of 11 roles in the play .
The director , which all of us voted for Kai Li as she is the ex chair man , and well , she could control people and being very dicisive in the things she wanted to do .
And there goes with actors , Wardrobe Supervisor, Stage Manager and Stage decorator.
We're going to play the play on MoV, though from what i heard , we will be the only one playing MoV as the other group will be doing Romeo and Juliet. Indra , Wei Yi , Yih Chyuan and Shafiqah will be th actor . Well , Me , Siping and Vivian will be the Wardrobe things . And of course , Gerald and Bao sheng will be the stage manager and the set decorator .
Ending my post soon ! We are given homeworks , which are to be handed in on Tuesday.

Hello , I'm updating for literature .Our performance is over already , but we actually did twice ~ . because in the first place , our class didn't speak too LOUD , and , some we were not at all ENGROSS in the acting , except for some students , well , it's good , because it can at the same time , replace the students who didn't come at that day to have one more chance , instead of missing their chance for performance . we bought quite a lot of things for the performance , Ha ha :D . There's like , some people brought along make up , clothing , etc . . and my friend even bought a cos play tee! It's so cool ! I brought cardigan ( the kind of jacket ) and bangles and hat , and Me, Sarah And Kaili rolled the newspaper to make it look like we're chanting some things . even though , i don't know whether does Ms maliyana knows or not whether if we're using those things for . Ha ha . Anyway , it's kinda exciting , we try using each of our classmates clothing and was like , acting stupid etc . Okay , enough of all these acting on Macbeth's things . Today , we did exam papers . and ohmygod . it was EASY! Of course i hope it could be that easy when exam come , but , it's impossible , as we've to remember quite a lot of things . boo hoo . * just kidding * . kinda anxious as exams are nearing soon , VERY SOON!. it's the MID YEAR EXAMS . Okay , shall stop all these exaggerating now . bye :D

Today happened in school ..
Macbeth ~.
Hello guys , Today our literarure teacher let us watch th macbeth video including other schools which perform the act on macbeth , i think , they are very good in acting well , maybe becuase they're from the american or europe cuntries becuase , the walk they spoke was rather good .
Gee , we're going to act out soon , sort of excited . My group members and I are gonna to prepare the stuffs tomorrow , after school . Hopefully everything is able to get into the correct place. Now , i have to go , byebye (:

The first term of term 2 had just ended ,we have just received back our Literature's test paper . I am quite satisfied with my results as i have studied very hard for those lines of Merchant of Vernice as well as Romeo and Juliet , i didn't expect that , Macbeth had such an huge percentage in the exam paper as it had a total of 10 marks our of 25 marks , i doesn't really have much confidence for the part on Macbeth as i didn't pay much attention on memorising for the part on it , haha . But well , i got a total of 7 out of10 in the part on Macbeth . I was really worried for that part then , haha . Anyway , it had just ended and i was relieve , very .
Lessons resumed as normal after that , we have to act out on Macbeth , Ms Malyanah. we were asked to form into groups of 3 , which must include of at least 1 different race . My group consist of Kaili , Sarah as well as Me (: .
In class , we were then told to walk like a "Child" Which was just skipping around with the speed of 5 . Which was th fastest , and a "Gangster" , Who doesn't know how gangster walks ? haha , It's like , stamping round th place with hands swinging around , with the speed of 3 , normal speed . And last but not least , a "Grandma" , back hundge and walking VERY VERY VERY slowly . I'll update next week people !. Bye for now :D

Today was the day that exams started , but still , it did not affect Literature's lesson , which was good , of course , because , we can learn much more about lit as the exam of literature's start on Tuesday , which was the last day of our common tests ^^OK , lets talk about today , Ms Malianah. ( I supposed her name is spelled like that ) came to our class first , and after that was Mr. Chua , he was just observing our class' movement , i think ?
After that , we were asked to take out the worksheet that was being given on Wednesday's remedial lesson for 2 dynamic and my class , 2 thinking . We sat beside of our own partner , which was in register number format . I sat beside Cher Lane , the prefect :D , and was asked to marked our partner's paper and gave them a grade , I had given Cher Lane an A- as most of her answers are very long and neatly done, which was not writing rubbish of course , she had left one of the questions blank thus , gotten an A- , If not , I'll gave her a A :X ! As for me , i gotten a B+ :D
After we had marked finish, we were asked to walk around to look for people who had gotten an A for their worksheet and copy their answers down .
We went out of the class after that and sat at a corner in front of 2 excel , and was asked to find a partner of different gender and asked them questions which was given as the 2nd piece of worksheet on Wednesday , and we change again , and again . Thus , the bell rings , and that's all for today's literature lesson .

Literature
On today's lesson , our teacher didnt came , and a relieve teacher came to relieve us , which she will be our lit teacher sooner or later .
Our relieve teacher had also given us to watch the romeo and juliet's part and shows us how cheeky Juliet was in her speech of saying .
It was rather confusing when she said in the first place but after thorough explanation of what the teacher said to our whole class , we understand it mostly .
We were asked to stay back after school from 230 to 330 today and we ended up staying till 4pm as we had delayed the actual and planned timing it was actually given . There were 2 sets of paper that was placed on the table itself and we were asked to discuss it with our group mates which our teacher had arranged us in , it was the combination of 2 dynamic and 2 thinking .
Last friday , we learned about SONNETS, as well as couplet and alternative rhyming scheme. and there were sort of things like " Stress" or "Unstress" It was the way last time english men spoke it and was kinda funny in the way they had actually spoken , Mr. chua had shown us the example on how the people spoke last time , and we did tried not to laugh hard as it was quite funny.
we had to do some worksheets that was assigned by our teacher , certainly . Thats all for now , Bye peeps <:

Hello readers , recently in literature lesson , we were asked to do " Romeo and Juliet" including their character traits , We were divided into 4 diffrent kid of people , Which consist of : Romeo , Juliet , Tybalt ( Juliet's cousin ) and , Lord capulet ( Juliet's father ) .Register 1 to 10 were asked to do " Romeo" . And for us , Register 11 to 20 were asked to do " Juliet" . Mr chua had as well given us to watch a video of how romeo had met juliet as well as how Romeo was about to been killed by Tyblat ( Juliet's Cousin ) and was stopped by Lord Capulet. Our worksheets will be handed up to our lit's rep sooner.
As for today , we need to stay for extra half lesson as we didnt attend the lesson that we were absent as it was the day after 10th aniversary and all of us are very tired after watching the performance .
We were told by Mr chua to search for some answers in the movers and shakers gallery after school , just like m how singapore get its independence and who made the singapore's pledge .
Our common test are comming right up , as for literature test , we have to pass it because mr chua said if we didnt pass it , he will make us copy the whole of " merchant of Venice" and " Romeo and juliet".

Today at Literature's lesson , we were asked to do a test on the conversation between Shylock and Portia , we were given 10 minutes to do and i guess i am lucky to have done finish the questions before the time ended. At the same time , Mr Chua. Had also gone through some questions by asking some student to answer those questions . By that time , i think that we ought to speak louder to teachers as it is a waste of time to repeat the answer when someone couldn't hear it .Portia and shylock were in the court fighting for the case whether if it is appropriates to cut a pound of flesh of Antonio's . Being a stubborn and cruel merchant , the jew , Shylock was , He sworn to the god and his should that he must take the pound of flesh.
Mr. Chua had also given a piece of homework to be done on the next lesson which will be on next Friday. It is , also relevant to the story of "Merchant of Venice".
I think , from the character of Shylock, we learnt to be merciful to others and not be so stubborn on insisting your own opinion instead of listening to others , this is also taught us that we have to think smart like Portia. At the same time , we mustn't be racist , as in , treating other races equally.
For the second worksheet, teacher asked us to take it home and do it as homework and the paragraph is about Antonio and Shylock's conversation. We shouldn't insult other's religion and merciful to one another. We, at the same time, should uphold importance of racial harmony. Antonio disrespected Shylock, and naturally , Shylock will hate him and murdering is like a sort of revenge for his religion as he wanted people to respect his religion.
We also should respect other people's religion and not be bias about one another.

Hi guys . It had been a long time since i updated this blog .I am going to post what Mr. Chua had taught us in the past few lessons .
We were given assignments of " Mercy " . As in we have to find different meanings of mercy .
Those who didn't complete the assignment were asked to write the lines of merchant of Venice .
After that lesson . We were to be given another task which we have to find the good deeds of what our own religion god did when human beings had done some sins .
Here are the different religion of gods would do when human beings of their own religion had committed a sin .
Buddhist : God saved people from falling into a hole during a Earthquake .
Christians : Jesus sacrificed himself for those who committed sins to prevent them from going to hell.
Hinduism : God will forgive people who committed sins .
Muslim : God will forgive those who are sincere in apologizing .
At the end of the lesson , Mr. Chua asked us about questions of best friend .
Like : Have we ever change our best friends before .
Or : Why does that particular friend is called as our "Best Friend" .
In the end . He given us an A5 paper to wrote down things we would want to send to our best friends . Including the address of our very own best friends .
We didn't have any lessons on Friday .

4th lesson for lit
Good afternoon people . here i am posting for the 4th official post . :DToday Mr. Chua came and we were asked to find out the different traits of the characters in "Merchants of Venice" . My character was SHYLOCK ; the Jew .
We were also given some pieces of home work which we are supposed to hand up on the following literature lesson , noted down in handbook , so , check it out guys . Or look up in the notice board area in our class's white board .

My lit teacher didnt come today .
Hi guys ~It's Friday already . time flies (: .
Okay . lets talk about today , Mr . Tyrus Chua didn't attended school today as he was feeling unwell . (?) Heard by Ms. ShaLa , i supposed her name spelled like that . She is very strict towards us , as she wanted us to bring along our lit file including the Shakespeare notes . She taught us about "Macbeth" and , asked us to differentiate a good witch and a bad witch , By showing us PowerPoint's , and she , too , asked some students to stand up to read about the speech of three witches .
I learnt that ,
She given our class a piece of homework , which us , to draw the scene of the speech by the three witches in a A4 size paper (?) Yeah , i supposed so . color it too . shyt i dont have color pencils Ok . that's all for my post , tataa , humans ~

Lesson 2 .
Hello :D I AM HERE to update about this blog as we had literature today .As you all can see, I've change this blog skin , i didn't added links nor tag board as i see no point in doing so . I added songs . Listen yeah (:
I'll update as much as i can .
Today , Mr Chua asks us to form in to groups of 6 . He choose of course .
My group members are : Vivian , WeiYi , Siti, Zulhairi and Wei Sheng.
We were asked to form some rhythmic thing and Zulhairi composed one too .
Sort of like "poetry" from William Shake spears and we have to perform , i am not very sure of the date yet , will update when we know the date of performing .
Well, from what I've observed, my class don't likes to perform , same goes to me too .
Okay, that's what i have about today's news.
Having camp from Monday to Wednesday, so , next post will be on Next Friday :D
